Goals from Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane secured the three points for the Premier League leaders.
The visiting fans were in fine form throughout the encounter and when The Kop was blaring out “We’re champions of the world” and the visiting fans responded, “Champions of League One, you’ll never sing that”.

The travelling fans were brilliant throughout the game and participated in some good banter with the home fans.
There was no controversial chants, just pure and honest banter and that’s how it should be every match.
