Liverpool fans respond as #PEPOUT trends on Twitter

Many Liverpool supporters have poked fun at the Manchester City fans who have been calling for Pep Guardiola to be sacked, following Wolves’ shock 2-0 win at the Etihad.

The loss, which came just a day after Liverpool defeated Leicester, gave the Reds a major boost in the title race, a title race that could be worth betting on for new customers looking to back Jurgen Klopp’s men to go one better than last season

Adama Traore’s brace was enough to inflict a second league defeat on City and make hashtag #PEPOUT trend on Twitter following the defeat.

Liverpool fans noticed the trend and took to social media to share their responses to any City fan suggesting Guardiola should be sacked.

READ LIVERPOOL VERDICT

Anybody suggesting that Guardiola should be sacked or questioning his ability as a manager following the defeat to Wolves surely cannot be doing so in a serious manner.

Guardiola is widely regarded as one of the best, if not the best, managers in the world, and rightly so.

His stints in charge of Barcelona, Bayern Munich and City have all been hugely successful, and while I’m sure many Liverpool fans would love to see him leave City as they’d be worse off without him, I don’t think any would deny his ability as a manager.
