Liverpool picked up yet another victory on Wednesday night, getting the better of West Ham United at the London Stadium, winning 2-0.
The win takes them 19 points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
Mohamed Salah and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain scored the goals for the Reds, who continued their remarkable run in the league.
Coming back to the start of the game, the Hammers were dogged defensively and kept Jurgen Klopp’s men at arm’s length for the first 30 minutes.
Then, Divock Origi received the ball from Roberto Firmino in the box, and as the Belgian was ready to pull the trigger, he was brought down by Issa Diop and referee Jon Moss pointed to the penalty spot.
Salah stepped up and calmly slotted his spot-kick into the bottom corner.
Seven minutes into the second half, Liverpool broke from a West Ham corner and scored a sublime goal, when Salah found Oxlade-Chamberlain with an inch-perfect through-ball and the latter converted.
The home side had a couple of chances to get back into the game, but Alisson was in good form to make two crucial saves.
Elsewhere, Trent Alexander-Arnold was lucky to hit a clearance onto his own post, while Salah hit the woodwork at the other end.
Here’s how we rated the players on the night…
