Liverpool Power Rankings: GW4

Four games, four wins.

Liverpool remain top of the Premier League table after a 3-0 win over Burnley at Turf Moor on Saturday

Mohamed Salah failed to get on the scoresheet, but it wasn’t for a lack of trying. The Egyptian had a shot just tipped onto the post in the first half, before turning greedy after the break.

Can he keep his spot at the top of the Power Rankings?

Sadio Mane lost top spot last week for the first time this season, but he scored his fourth goal of the season just before half-time at Turf Moor.

The defence stopped a physical threat from Ashley Barnes and Chris Wood, giving Adrian his first clean sheet for Liverpool and calming the early-season problems at the back.

Roberto Firmino set the Premier League record as the first Brazilian to net 50 goals – he’s still waiting to top the Power Rankings this season.

Each Monday moving forward, we will be selecting Liverpool’s five best performers from the previous weekend.

As the season progresses, we will continue to work out who sits in the top five overall, determining who the Reds’ most influential and consistent individuals are.

Here’s who tops Liverpool’s Power Rankings after Gameweek 4, going into the clash at home to Newcastle United after the international break.
