Crystal Palace have contacted Liverpool as they look to sign Rhian Brewster on loan in the January transfer window.
According to Football Insider, Palace are keen on Brewster and have already made an enquiry to Liverpool to see if he is available.
The report claims that Liverpool are open to letting Brewster leave on loan, but will not make a decision until after their League Cup clash with Aston Villa next month.
READ LIVERPOOL VERDICT

Brewster is by no means a regular for Liverpool and has only played sparingly in cup competitions, which means that Jurgen Klopp can afford to let him leave on loan for the second half of the season. With Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain now fit and able to play as part of a front three, along with Divock Origi and Xhedran Shaqiri – Brewster is not an essential member of the squad right now.
A move to Palace could provide some much-needed experience for the teenager, playing Premier League football for a side who are not in a relegation fight – at least not at the moment. Roy Hodgson has a well-organised Palace side and he could help Brewster learn the defensive side of the game, which is very important for young forwards – in order for them to fully develop their performances.
