Premier League leaders Liverpool will aim to keep their stunning start to the season going when they face a talented Wolves side in a potentially cracking game at Anfield on Sunday evening.
The Reds came back from Doha as World champions and thrashed Leicester City on Boxing Day to reassure their place at the top of the table by some distance.
On Sunday though, they have a tough game against a Wolves side who have already done the double over Manchester City.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s men would be buoyed going into this game with quality players in their side and a competent record against the big teams.
For Liverpool, they will go into this game without the services of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Joel Matip, Dejan Lovren and Fabinho. The quartet is expected to be back in training in a couple of weeks time.
Nat Phillips has been recalled from his loan spell to be a backup option in central defence.
