Wolves planning £22 million switch for Divock Origi

Wolves are reportedly planning a £22 million swoop for Liverpool’s Divock Origi, according to ESPN FC.

The Belgian striker has struggled for game time this season, after a disappointing spell at Wolfsburg last season.

However, Wolves and Nuno Espirito Santo could hand the striker a way out of Anfield, with the Black Country side willing to part with £22 million to get the Belgian.

Wolves had an interest in the striker during the Summer window but failed to get a move over the line at the deadline.

Origi might be a man in demand in January, will several teams interested in acquiring the striker.

Newcastle and Everton also have an interest in the striker, with Origi likely to depart Anfield in January.

The striker almost moved to Borussia Dortmund over the Summer. The German side attempted to sign Origi in a loan deal, but the Reds weren’t keen on letting the former Lille man go on another loan.
