Italian newspaper Tuttosport have reported that Emre Can will have a medical at Juventus next week ahead of a summer move.
The German is out of contract at Anfield this summer and has been rumoured to have already agreed to join the Serie A champions.
Liverpool have their Champions League final clash with Real Madrid this weekend and it seems that Can has returned from injury just in time, making it possibly his last game for the Reds.
Despite his injury problems recently, Can has made 37 appearances for Liverpool this season and has been an important player in their Champions League campaign.
It now looks set in stone that Can will be leaving the club on a free transfer this summer, but the German will still be hoping to help his current side Liverpool win their sixth European Cup in his final appearance for the club.
