He was introduced in the 65th minute as a sub for Sadio Mane, before being replaced by Dejan Lovren in the 69th minute due to injury.
Lallana has struggled all season with injury, having also missed the opening months of the campaign with a problem he picked up in pre-season.
The England international was looking to make a strong return to Premier League action, but could now spend further time on the sidelines.
When asked about Lallana, Klopp said this:
Twitter: Me :”How is Adam Lallana?” Klopp: “Not good. It doesn’t look good.” (@Wilsonfooty)
