Despite their reported interest, Liverpool look set to miss out on the signing of Emre Mor from Borussia Dortmund this summer.
The Reds were linked with a move for the 20-year-old winger who was supposedly available on loan before Dortmund ruled out a temporary departure and slapped an £18m price-tag on the young winger.
Mor made 12 Bundesliga appearances last season but it clearly not seen as a pivotal first-team figure and is being touted to other clubs.

Muzzi Ozcan, Mor’s agent, has confirmed reports that there is an offer from Serie A side Fiorentina on the table for his client and that are yet to decide if they are going to accept:
There has been an offer, it looks promising but we have not decided yet, we will hold a meeting over what we do next.
A four-year contract has been put forward to the attacker, but Fiorentina are currently only prepared to pay £11m to sign Mor, which falls below Dortmund’s reported asking price.
An agreement with the player is there in principle, but as Ozcan states, a final decision has yet to be made but it appears as if the Reds will miss out this time.
