As part of the fallout from Neymar’s blockbuster £197m transfer from Barcelona to PSG, the Ligue 1 side are expected to offload a number of players to help balance the books.
One of those players is attacker Lucas Moura, with Le Parisien saying that the Brazilian is disappointed by the arrival of Neymar and has begun to ask questions about his future, along with midfielder Blaise Matuidi.
The French source claims that both Liverpool and Roma are following Moura’s situation at PSG and want to sign him, while the Daily Star also linked Arsenal with a move for the forward who is available for as little as £27m.
Able to play on the wing or in an attacking midfield role, Moura is an accomplished player in Europe but has fallen behind the likes of Neymar and Goncalo Guedes in the pecking order at PSG and is seeking a summer move.
Moura turned down Manchester United to join PSG in a £40m deal from Sao Paulo several years ago but Liverpool and Arsenal seem keen to bring him to the Premier League this summer.
