According to the Mirror, Manchester City have expressed an interest in Liverpool midfielder Emre Can, with the German set to leave Anfield at the end of the season when his contract expires.
Can, 24, has been a regular in Jurgen Klopp’s side this season, and played 78 minutes in the 4-3 win over City, ending their unbeaten run in the process, however, has rejected the Reds’ offers of a new deal, amid interest from Italian giants Juventus.

The German has yet to pen a pre-agreement contract with Juventus, after reported talks between the two parties, and it is now reported that Pep Guardiola is keen on bringing the player to the Etihad in the summer.
Bayern Munich are also monitoring Can’s situation, and with the player keen on a move to a European giant, Liverpool may have to resign to losing their midfielder in the summer without gaining a penny.
