Long-term Liverpool target Thomas Lemar is set to available for a cut-price deal at the end of the season, as reported by the Express.
Liverpool along with Arsenal were heavily linked with a move for the player throughout the last two transfer windows, something, which both clubs were keen to press on with.
The Reds Premier League rivals did come close to signing the player but Lemar rejected the Gunners after the north London club had a £90 million bid rejected.

The club were keen to sign Lemar after losing Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona in January but Monaco were demanding far to much for the player.
Shaka Hislop has had his say on the situation admitting that Jurgen Klopp’s side could be able to move in for a much cheaper deal for the player:
“Both Arsenal and Liverpool were interested last summer,”
“By all accounts Monaco quoted something in the region of £80m.
“It’s not been that good a season for Lemar. I expect that price to come down extensively.
