Liverpool ended their pre-season tour of the USA with a defeat at the hands of Serie A side Roma.
The Italians managed a 2-1 victory thanks to goals from two familiar names; Edin Dzeko and Mohamed Salah.
Jurgen Klopp made a number of changes with the friendly games coming thick and fast and with the players involved at Euro 2016 needing to get some minutes under their belts.
Sheyi Ojo got Liverpool’s only goal of the game, nodding in at the back post, although he was perhaps a tad fortunate not to be flagged offside.
Liverpool now head to the UK to face Barcelona before a trip to Germany to face Mainz, although it’s likely that two different sides will be used in those games.
