Liverpool cruised to a 2-0 win over AC Milan at the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara with goals from Divock Origi and Roberto Firmino sealing the tie.
Whilst it wasn’t the most entertaining of encounters, it’s good to see Liverpool get back to winning ways after losing to Chelsea at the Rose Bowl.
Liverpool played well first half but struggled to break down a very organised Milan defence. The players suffered from poor decision making and scuffing their chances when they came.
That all changed in the second half with a more lively front four of Sheyi Ojo, Roberto Firmino, Lazar Markovic and Divock Origi giving LA Reds something to cheer for.
