Daniel Sturridge has responded to claims that he had fallen out with Jurgen Klopp, saying there is no animosity between the pair.
The 28-year-old spent the second half of the season on loan at West Brom, but had a torrid time with injury and failed to score as the Baggies were relegated from the Premier League.
A report from a Liverpool fan site, Anfield Edition, claimed that the relationship between Sturridge and manager Klopp had gone sour. It also claimed that he wasn’t invited to the final or allowed on a bus parade if they won the Champions League on Saturday.

However, Sturridge has taken to twitter to distance himself from those claims and reiterated there was a good relationship between the pair:
Spoke to the boss and Michael Edwards over the couple of days and wished them good luck for the final. Wished my team mates good luck after the semis and this week.

It is believed Sturridge will be leaving Anfield this summer. He scored three goals for the Reds this season, including one in the Champions League.
If Liverpool beat Real Madrid this weekend, the Englishman will receive a medal after playing in the competition’s group stage.
