Liverpool have been handed a boost ahead of their Champions League final clash with Tottenham after striker Roberto Firmino returned to training on Tuesday.
The Reds are currently in Marbella for a six-day training camp as they step up their preparations for the Champions League final against Spurs on Saturday 1st June.
And according to the club’s official website, Firmino returned to first team training for the Reds on Tuesday in their first session since arriving in Marbella.

Firmino missed Liverpool’s final three league games with a muscular problem that also forced the Brazilian out of the Reds’ Champions League semi-final second leg comeback against Barcelona.
Liverpool announced that the 27-year-old’s return to full fitness will be monitored with caution by the club’s medical staff, who will give the striker “specialised programmes” as he returns from a muscle injury.
The Brazil international’s chances of featuring against Spurs are boosted further by UEFA’s ruling that allows the Champions League finalist’s to name 12 substitutes each.
