Gary Lineker feels Liverpool have the slight edge heading into the Champions League final with Tottenham Hotspur on June 1.
The former Spurs striker has admitted that Liverpool are the favourites heading into the final next month.
Liverpool have progressed massively this season to push Manchester City all the way in the Premier League title race, while Tottenham finishing in fourth.

And in an interview with the Times, cited by the Daily Mirror, Lineker said that Liverpool will just have the edge going into the final:
Overall, team against team, Liverpool have got the better players, they finished 20-odd points ahead of Tottenham this season so it’s hard to make a case where Tottenham are favourites.
But, as we know in football, the best teams don’t always win, which is one of the things that makes it so special.
Liverpool have a big advantage over Tottenham domestically this season, with them finishing 26 points ahead of their rivals in the Premier League.
Both have had great campaigns in Europe this year and pulled off unbelievable comebacks in their respective semi-finals to reach the final in Madrid.
Liverpool will clearly be the favourites going into the final, but as Tottenham have shown on their day, they are capable of beating anyone in the world.
The Reds have the better players out of the two and if they play to their maximum they should win, but you cannot rule out Tottenham who have done remarkably well to reach the final and will want to go all the way and lift the trophy.
