Liverpool’s pursuit of Ousmane Dembele over the summer ultiamtely came up short, with Barcelona opting to stick with the winger for a while longer.
The 21-year-old had been linked with a loan move away from the Camp Nou, after what had been tricky first season in Catalunya.
A part of France’s World Cup winning squad however, Barca chiefs decided to keep their big money signing around for a little bit longer.

Now, however, it seems they are prepared to allow the youngster to leave Spain for a while.
Despite joining for a reported €145 million fee, it seems Barcelona do not think the former Borussia Dortmund star is quite ready to be a regular part of the operation in La Liga.
A report from Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo claims that Liverpool could be a prime suitor for the forward, with manager Jürgen Klopp reportedly besotted with the former Rennes man.
Any move would have to wait until January, but this might be one to keep your eyes on Reds fans!
