Liverpool may look to Porto centre-back Bruno Martins Indi, 24, to help aid their defensive frailties, according to The Mirror.
The left-footed defender is capable of playing at the centre of defence and is also an option as left-back cover.
Jürgen Klopp has yet to buy a left-back in the summer transfer window and could consider a move for the Dutchman following Alberto Moreno’s recent run of poor performances.

Martins Indi, who has two years left on his contract, joined Porto from Feyenoord for £6.5million in 2014 and has over 30 caps for the Dutch national team.
Considering his versatility at the back and the recent injuries in Liverpool’s defence, Martins Indi could prove to be a viable asset to complete Klopp’s summer transfer business.
Liverpool came out 4-3 winners in their opening game of the season against Arsenal, although there were questions asked about their defending throughout the match, with most being directed at Moreno’s decision making in the left-back position.
