The 25-year-old was asked about his future last month and admitted that he was happy with life at Sociedad, but Liverpool have been keeping tabs on him regardless.
He said:
Right now I am very comfortable in La Real, beyond that it is to take out the crystal ball and see what will happen, but now I feel very good signing a long-term contract. I am continuing to grow and while my club wants me here I will continue because I can contribute because I would like to achieve something great with La Real.

Llorente, who came through the youth set-up at Real Madrid, joined Sociedad in 2017 and his performances have seemingly alerted a number of clubs to his ability.
When healthy, Llorente has been a regular for Sociedad, although he did miss a portion of the season with an ankle injury.
The 25-year-old was first capped by Spain back in 2016 but had to wait two years for a second appearance as he was handed a start during the friendly with Bosnia-Herzegovina in November 2018.
