Some Liverpool fans have been reacting to another statistic in which Mohamed Salah leads the way – something which is becoming a common theme these days.
The Egyptian has been a remarkable signing for the Reds, exceeding all expectations of him when he arrived in 2017.
Salah hit the ground running from the off and has arguably matured into one of the best wide players of his generation.
The 28-year-old has scored an incredible 110 goals in 173 appearances for Liverpool, highlighting his freakish levels of consistency in the final third.
He added to his tally on Saturday afternoon, scoring twice in the Reds’ stunning 7-0 win away to Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
On Sunday, Amazon Prime Video Sport posted a Tweet hailing Manchester United’s Bruno Fernandes, with only Salah scoring more goals since his debut at the beginning of the year.
