According to Inside Futbol, Liverpool will make a move for Roma left-back, Emerson Palmieri, after being assured of his fitness.
Liverpool have been struggling for a good left-back for a very long time now, with the likes of Aly Cissokho, Jose Enrique, Alberto Moreno among others not being up to The Reds’ high standards.

However, they might have found their man. The Brazilian born Italy international, Emerson has impressed for Roma despite a serious knee injury, which he’s only recovered from this month.
Emerson was on Liverpool’s radar in the summer but the knee injury warned The Reds’ off and signed Hull’s Andrew Robertson instead, who has had a tricky start to his Liverpool career.
However, Liverpool have reignited their interest in Emerson, and are prepared to make a move for him in the January transfer window, after being reassured about his knee injury.
He has played 45 games for Roma, scoring twice and getting one assist.
