Liverpool, or any other potential suitors looking to sign Kai Havertz next summer will have to pay at least £88 million.
According to Mundo Deportivo, as cited on the Daily Mail, Real Madrid and Barcelona are the latest teams to express an interest.
Liverpool, Arsenal and Man United have all been linked with the player, who certainly won’t be short of options next summer.
Barcelona reportedly enquired about a deal to sign the player recently and were told to pay £70 million, however with the rising interest it looks like Leverkusen are ready to up their demands.
Hailed as one of the best young talents in Germany right now, Havertz is set to have the whole of Europe to choose from when the time does eventually come to leave Bayer Leverkusen.
Perhaps in an effort to start a bidding war, the Bundesliga side look to set to cash in a huge fee for his services.
