Claude Le Roy, coach of the Togo national team, has been speaking about Sadio Mane.
The Senegalese star has been enjoying a strong start to the season in a red shirt, with four goals in the first eight games of the Premier League campaign.
With his Liverpool side undefeated, it should come as little surprise to fans of Jürgen Klopp’s side that their star winger is attracting interest from abroad, with several big European clubs supposedly courting the 26-year-old.

Le Roy believes the interest is warranted, too.
Quoted by TeamTalk, Le Roy said:
He’s a great player,
He’d have his place at Manchester United, at Barcelona, or at Real Madrid.
Sadio is an excellent player and I tell you that all of Africa watches him play in the Premier League at the weekend as well as the Champions League.
However, a club is different to a national team. We often criticise players for not shining so much with the national team, but at the clubs, players know each other.
The global opinion of Sadio Mane seems to be as high as it has ever been, and Liverpool may have a battle on their hands to hang on to the forward.
