After a disappointing season in which Alberto Moreno failed to make more than a handful of appearances, he now looks set to move back to his native Spain, according to Marca, as cited on Inside Futbol.
The full back’s contract expires at the end of June and the former Sevilla player will reportedly join Villarreal in hope of more regular game time.

The 26-year-old was dropped following the emergence of Scotland’s Andy Robertson and his representatives have been in talks with a number of Spanish sides including Villarreal.
Moreno came to England back in 2014 but will officially leave Liverpool later this summer after their Champions League success.
The Spaniard is now expected to join up with the La Liga side on July 1 if everything goes to plan.
He vented his frustration at times last season after failing to break back into the side under Jurgen Klopp and it had been suggested the pair did not always see eye-to-eye.
