Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has revealed that on-loan Liverpool youngster Ovie Ejaria is unsettled at the club, GOAL reports.
Gerrard has said he will speak to Ejaria about his future his Rangers side have returned from Austria.
The 21-year-old was left out of the squad for Rangers’ final Europa League Group G game on Thursday night, and the youngster was also dropped for last weekend’s 1-1 draw with Dundee.
Ejaria removed all association with Rangers from his Instagram account earlier in the week, leading to speculation that he is unhappy at his loan club.
Speaking ahead of their Europa League tie on Thursday night, Gerrard admitted the youngster is unsettled.
Ovie is slightly unsettled at the moment.
I chatted to him a couple of days ago and we decided it was better to leave him at home.
The plan is to talk to Ovie on Friday to see where he his at.
Ejaria has been a regular starter for Gerrard’s side this season and is still yet to feature for Liverpool’s senior side.
