Andy Robertson was forced off after just 45 minutes in Liverpool’s historic comeback against Barcelona which saw the Reds reach their second successive Champions League final.
The Scotsman was left devastated as he realised something was wrong with his calf after colliding with Luis Suarez.

His side defied all odds last night as they overturned a 3-0 aggregate score-line to book their place in the final in Madrid.
Unlikely heroes, Georginio Wijnaldum and Divock Origi scored two each as Anfield filled with shock and celebration as one of the greatest comebacks of all time was completed.
Robertson spoke to the club’s official website, as cited on AS, about his injury and the defender is hoping he will be fit for Sunday.
It doesn’t feel the best at the minute but I’ll get a scan.
They’re confident that it’s just a nerve or whatever and it can be maybe a couple of days, but we’ll wait and see. We can’t really comment until I get the scan, but I’ll be saying my prayers.
Liverpool currently sit second in the Premier League table, one point behind leaders Manchester City, but a win for the Reds with City dropping points would see them be crowned champions of the Premier League for the first time.
