Tottenham Hotspur have seen a £25million bid for Fulham teenager and Liverpool target Ryan Sessegnon rejected, the Telegraph reports.
Spurs and Liverpool have been continuously linked with the 17-year-old in recent months and the club have now had a formal offer of £25 million turned down by the Championship side.
Sessegnon only signed his first professional contract with Fulham back in June, the club he’s been at since he was a child.
Sessegnon scored five goals in 26 appearances for Fulham last season as he helped Fulham to a Championship play-off place before they lost to Reading.

Sessegnon also helped guide the England Under 19 squad to victory at the European Championships in Georgia this summer. The youngster has been capped a total of 11 times to date for the England U19 squad and has scored four goals for the side.
Fulham are desperate for promotion back to the Premier League this season and are under no financial pressure to sell their young star.
