Liverpool will reportedly continue to ‘monitor’ Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham outside of the transfer window.
The Reds were linked with a move for the 18-year-old sensation just 12 months after arriving in Germany from Birmingham City.
Any move failed to materialise as the Anfield club took a watching brief throughout the summer months.
According to a report from The Express, as cited by The Anfield Buzz on Twitter, officials on Merseyside will keep a keen eye on the England starlet over the international break and beyond.

Capped seven times at senior level, Bellingham was named on the bench as England thrashed Hungary 4-0 on Thursday night.
This season the teenager has already scored once and registered two assists in three Bundesliga outings – earning an impressive 7.50 Sofascore rating in the process.

Already pulling up trees at first-team level, Liverpool should be keeping a very close watch on Bellingham’s development.
An open admirer of Reds’ legend Steven Gerrard, it remains imminently possible the Anfield club could be frontrunners for the youngster.
Valued at £49.5million and under contract until 2025 in Germany (Transfermarkt), despite the tender age, this deal would still represent an expensive outlay.
However, with the midfield in need of a rejuvenation next summer, Bellingham fits the bill in every sense.
