Werder Bremen boss Florian Kohfeldt has already held talks with Liverpool midfielder Marko Grujic ahead of a possible summer move, according to Bild.
The Serbia international enjoyed a fine season on loan in the Bundesliga, emerging as one of Hertha BSC’s most impressive players during the 2018/19 campaign.
Grujic has always pushed to break into the first-team picture at Anfield, but his efforts have proven to be of no avail, with Jurgen Klopp blessed with a plethora of high-quality midfielders at his disposal.

This could see the 23-year-old depart Liverpool again this summer, with Bild reporting that Werder are pursuing a two-season loan deal for the Reds youngster.
Grujic is stated to be a dream signing for the German outfit, whose manager Kohfeldt is actively pushing for a deal to bring the ex-Hertha loanee to the club ahead of next season.
Atletico Madrid are noted as potential suitors for the Reds midfielder, who scored five goals in the Bundesliga last season.
