Liverpool are confident that Jordan Henderson will be fit for their away clash against Watford at the weekend.
The Reds had been left to sweat over the midfielder’s condition, as he returned to Melwood from international duty with England after feeling some pain in his hamstring.
However, according to a report from the Liverpool Echo, Henderson’s knock appears to be a minor one, with the 28-year-old likely to be back in contention for the team’s trip to Watford in the Premier League.

Henderson played for England in their 3-0 friendly win against the USA on Thursday evening but was ruled out of his country’s decisive UEFA Nations League fixture against Croatia on Sunday afternoon.
Liverpool are well stocked with midfield options but Jurgen Klopp will undoubtedly be keen to have Henderson at his disposal as the Reds aim to continue their push for the Premier League title.
The club captain has made 10 appearances in the top-flight this season, with half of these coming from the bench.
