Liverpool scouts were present to watch Milan Skriniar during Slovakia’s defeat to Wales on Sunday.
According to TEAMtalk, Liverpool, United, City, Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal scouts were all present to see Ryan Giggs’ men win narrowly on Sunday.
The report claims that Inter could be tempted by a summer sale, with Skriniar widely recognised as one of the best young defenders in Europe.
Manchester City and United have both been heavily linked with a move for the defender in the past, but it now appears that interest is rising.
Skriniar started the game in Cardiff at the heart of Slovakia’s defence, but could not do enough to prevent Daniel James from opening the scoring in the first five minutes.
While it remains to be seen if Liverpool will prioritise a move for a defender in the upcoming window, they will face stiff competition for Skriniar if they do decide to make a move.
