Liverpool are considering selling Xherdan Shaqiri this summer in order to raise funds to sign Samuel Chukwueze from Villarreal.
According to The Mirror, Liverpool could be ready to cash in on Shaqiri and use the money to swoop for the Villarreal star.
The report also claims that Liverpool may decide to sell Harry Wilson for £20m, with a host of Premier League clubs showing an interest in the Welsh international.
Shaqiri joined Liverpool from Stoke in a £13m deal last summer, but The Mirror claim that he has struggled to cope with Jurgen Klopp’s style of play this season.
The Swiss international racked up 24 Premier League appearances for the club this season, scoring six and assisting three from midfield.
Samuel Chukwueze, meanwhile, played 26 games in La Liga for Villarreal and found the back of the net five times and assisted two goals. The 20-year-old has also received one cap by Nigeria at international level.
Players who could leave Liverpool this summer
Lallana has struggled with injury over the past few seasons and could be set to leave this summer if a good offer comes in for the England international.
Clyne spent the second half of the season on loan to Bournemouth and could now be hoping to secure a permanent move to the south coast if both clubs can agree a deal.
With the emergence of Joel Matip and Joe Gomez, Lovren could be forced to look elsewhere for regular game time. The Croatian defender could start next season as the fourth choice centre-back.
Watford, Bournemouth and Norwich are all reportedly interested in Mignolet, who played 0 games in the Premier League this season. The Belgian could part ways with the club after over 200 appearances.
