Hull interested in loan deal for Ben Woodburn
Championship side Hull City are interested in a deal to sign Ben Woodburn on loan next season.
According to GOAL, Hull want to sign Woodburn on a season-long loan to bolster their squad for the 2019/20 campaign in the second-tier of English football.
The report claims that Liverpool want him to be playing in the Championship next season in order to get regular minutes under his belt to improve his development.
He spent the first half of this season on loan to Sheffield United, where he struggled for games and was then sent back to Liverpool in January.
Woodburn was named on the Liverpool bench in the recent Barcelona Champions League tie at Anfield, but has not made a single appearance for the Reds in the second half of the campaign.
The 19-year-old has been capped 10 times by Wales, and scored twice for his country, yet he has only made 19 club appearances in his career to date.
