Ligue 1 giants PSG have discussed a potential swoop for Liverpool midfielder James Milner.
According to French outlet Le Parisien, via The BBC, PSG are showing an interest in signing Milner this summer.
The report claims that PSG have spoken about the possibility of signing Milner in the coming months if he becomes available on a free transfer.
Milner’s current contract at Liverpool expires at the end of next month and the midfielder is yet to commit his future to Jurgen Klopp’s side.
The 33-year-old made 31 appearances in the Premier League for Liverpool this season as they finished second in the table behind Manchester City. He managed five goals and four assists from midfield.
Milner joined Liverpool from Manchester City on a free in 2015 and has made 176 appearances for the club in all competitions to date – including 44 this season, with the potential of one more in the Champions League final this Saturday.
