Liverpool transfer target Harvey Elliott appears close to signing for the Reds after he was spotted in attendance during Liverpool’s pre-season fixture against Tranmere.
The Reds beat Tranmere comprehensively at Prenton Park, winning 6-0 in a game in which a number of talented starlets were awarded their opportunity to shine.
And speaking of talented starlets, 16-year old Fulham attacker Harvey Elliott was spotted in attendance amid speculation linking him with a move to Anfield.
The attacking midfielder broke a number of records last season, becoming the youngest ever player to play in the EFL Cup at 15 years and 174 days, as well as becoming the youngster Premier League player at 16 years and 30 days.
With Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain both interested in the young star, Liverpool have faced heavy competition for his signature, although it appears the Reds are set to beat out their rivals in the pursuit for the England youth international.
