Liverpool have opened talks over a deal to land Lille forward Nicolas Pepe this summer.
According to La Voix Du Nord, via GFFN, Liverpool are in negotiations with Lille as they look to strike a deal for the Ivorian international.
The report claims that a host of other clubs have submitted offers for Pepe, including Arsenal, Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid – who are all also keen on the attacker.
Pepe is attracting plenty of attention following his exceptional 2018/19 campaign for Lille in Ligue 1. He racked up an incredible 33 goal contributions in the league, with 22 goals and 11 assists for the French outfit.
The 24-year-old has also been competing for the Ivory Coast in the African Cup of Nations this summer, but failed to score or assist in three appearances for his country at the tournament.
Liverpool are yet to make a first-team addition to their squad so far this summer.
