Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott have enjoyed impressive seasons for Liverpool, showcasing their skills in the first-team.
The teenage pair have been handed opportunities to shine across three competitions, but they have caught the eye most in the FA Cup.
Jones famously scored the winner against Everton in the third round win at Anfield, before scoring at Shrewsbury Town, too.
He then became Liverpool’s youngest-ever captain in the fourth round replay win over the League One side on Tuesday, producing one outrageous rabona cross in the first half.
Elliott has also shone since arriving from Fulham last summer, performing with a maturity beyond his 16 years.
According to the Daily Mail‘s Dominic King, Jones and Elliott are being considered for England’s Under-21 squad for their upcoming Euro 2021 qualifiers at home to Andorra and Turkey next month.
These Liverpool supporters believe their call-ups should be out of the question, following their respective impacts so far this season.
“Under consideration”?
Can’t see what more they need to do to get called up.— Gary Webb (@Webb1Gary) February 5, 2020
If they aren’t it would be ridiculous

Dont tell Matthew Upson! He will think its better for the u21’s to lose because Jones and Eliott are in the team
