Liverpool have accepted a bid from Sheffield United for star forward Rhian Brewster, according to a report from the usually reliable Fourth Official.
After his hugely successful loan spell with Championship side Swansea City in the second half of last season, interest in Brewster has been plentiful this summer, but it looks like Sheff United have won the race to sign the England U21 international.
It looks like Brewster will join The Blades on a permanent deal, rather than on loan as some had expected, but it remains to be seen if Liverpool include a buy-back option as part of the deal, as has been suggested over the last few days.

Given the lack of game time available to him at present, it isn’t a major shock to see Brewster wanting to get more first-team football but Liverpool letting him go via a permanent sale, rather than another loan move, is somewhat surprising given how talented he is.
However, the inclusion of a buy-back option in the deal would make a bit more sense, if The Reds are able to get one included as part of the transfer.
