Stoke City could allow Jack Butland to leave the club this week, according to Football Insider.

I don’t see any sense in signing Butland, however, with Adrian still a significant upgrade on him.
For starters, the 27-year-old has no experience with Liverpool’s ball-playing style from the back, making him an imperfect fit for the Reds.
Butland also hasn’t played in the Premier League since 2017/18, failing to kick on after once being viewed as a future England regular.
While Adrian’s form is concerning, he is still up to speed with Liverpool’s approach and he has played well in the past, winning all 10 of the league games he started last season.
The Spaniard is low on confidence, but if the worst comes to the worst, youngster Caoimhin Kelleher could be drafted in as an emergency option.
