Liverpool could offload both Xherdan Shaqiri and Divock Origi in the January transfer window, according to ESPN.
The pair are generally out of favour for the Reds these days, with the likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino, Diogo Jota and Takumi Minamino all ahead of them in the attacking pecking order.
Shaqiri has been the more effective of the two, producing a brilliant assist for Jota’s winner against West Ham recently, but he has still only made two Premier League appearances this season, and no starts.
Meanwhile, Origi has appeared for just one minute in the league, and has only scored twice in the whole of 2020.
This latest report claims Liverpool will be willing to ‘listen to offers’ for the duo in January, potentially creating funds for new signings.

I think Shaqiri is worth persevering with until the end of the season, such is his quality from the substitutes’ bench, as shown against West Ham.
He is injury-prone and won’t be a key man, but he can provide flashes of brilliance now and then.
Origi, on the other hand, too often looks like a weak-link, providing very little in terms of balance and quality.
Selling him in January makes more sense, allowing money to become available for a new centre-back, should Jurgen Klopp feel the need to bring one in.
