Liverpool fans react as presenter calls Reds “the luckiest team ever”

Some Liverpool supporters have been mocking Adrian Durham’s bizarre comments about the Reds, following his latest meltdown on talkSPORT.

Jurgen Klopp has had numerous obstacles to overcome this season, with injuries and VAR both going against them numerous times.

Liverpool are expected to be without Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez for the rest of the season, while the likes of Alisson, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Fabinho, Jordan Henderson, Thiago and Naby Keita also missing at various times, to name but a few.

On top of that, VAR has not been kind to the Reds, with late incidents away to the likes of Everton, Brighton and Midtjylland seeing them robbed.

It is almost impossible to say that Liverpool have been lucky so far this season, but Durham has a different opinion.

The outspoken presenter described the Reds as “the luckiest team ever in the history of football” on Wednesday evening, citing Mohamed Salah’s fortunate goal and Caoimhin Kelleher’s form as examples of it.

These Liverpool supporters have been reacting to Durham’s remarks on Twitter.
