If recent reports are to be believed, FSG have made contact with Italian manager Carlo Ancelotti about potentially taking over from Brendan Rodgers as Liverpool manager, however the club are denying such stories.

Rodgers has come under intense scrutiny in recent weeks. Liverpool’s end to last season was a shambles, losing heavily to Arsenal, Crystal Palace and Stoke. They started this season with two narrow wins but haven’t won since, and many fans are questioning pretty much every decision he makes.
