Dutch side Groningen and Spanish club Espanyol are both interested in signing Liverpool striker Jerome Sinclair in January, according to the Mirror.
The young striker’s contract is set to expire this summer and talks over a new deal have seemingly stalled, leaving the path clear for him to exit the club.
Sinclair still holds the record of being the youngest player to ever make his competitive debut for the Reds.
On the 26th September 2012, Sinclair came on as a substitute in the 81st minute of a League Cup tie with West Brom, and aged just 16 years and six days old, he broke Jack Robinson’s record and became Liverpool’s youngest ever player.

Sinclair is managed by Aidy Ward, the man who is infamous on Merseyside after he made some inappropriate comments when Raheem Sterling left the club, and his reputation in Liverpool might fall further if another of his clients leaves.
If the club and Sinclair can’t arrange a new deal, Espanyol and Groningen won’t be the only two teams in for the striker, and Liverpool could consider selling him to the highest bidder in January.
