LFC’s last five games against German opposition in Germany

Liverpool will play a German side in Germany tonight for the first time since 2005 when they face Augsburg in the last 32 of the Europa League.

Jurgen Klopp knows the opposition very well after managing against them when he was in charge of Borussia Dortmund and that should give the Reds an extra advantage.

Ahead of the tie, we’ve looked back at Liverpool’s last five games that the Reds have played as the away side in Germany, so we’ve not included the 2001 UEFA Cup final, for example.
