Some Liverpool supporters have been revealing who they would rather sign out of Jadon Sancho and Timo Werner.
After a quiet time of things last summer, the next transfer window could be a busier one at Anfield. Jurgen Klopp may be keen to add even more quality and depth to his squad, taking the Reds up another level in the process.
Arguably the two players linked the most with moves to Liverpool are Sancho and Werner, who continue to shine for Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig, respectively.
The pair are two of the Bundesliga’s brightest attacking players, with the prospect of either joining the Reds an exciting one.
I decided to conduct a survey on Twitter, asking fans to vote on whether they would rather sign Sancho or Werner.
It was Werner who came out on top, earning almost two-thirds of the votes:
If it had to be one, who would you prefer Liverpool signed this summer, and why?

Here are some of the best reactions on Twitter, as supporters explained their reasoning behind their decision, with some more behind the idea of Sancho signing.
Sancho because the link up with TAA would be a thing of beauty in years to come. Also affords rest opportunities for Mané and Salah.

Werner, I think he’d be more of a perfect fit into our squad/team/style.

Werner. Better fit. More versatile.

Sancho can easily be out muscled off the ball. Small frame for his quality but Werner has got the pace, the movement and the lethal ability needed to complement the forward 3

Sancho is a generational talent. Werner very good but Sancho will be a global star when he moves elsewhere.
