Liverpool are one of the teams interested in signing Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud, according to Tony Barrett of The Times.

The 20-year-old, who has made 28 appearances in the Bundesliga this season, has apparently caught the eye of the Liverpool scouting team as they’re reportedly interested in taking him to Anfield.
According to a report in Bild a few weeks ago, Tottenham Hotspur were also looking to sign the midfielder and were told they would need to pay somewhere between €30m-€35m to take the German Under-21 international from Die Borussen.
At the time, the reports indicated that Spurs were willing to sign Dahoud in the summer but to let him stay on loan with Mönchengladbach for another season as playing time could be limited if he made the move to England at this stage.
However, it appears that Liverpool are also interested in signing him, meaning the price could increase as the Reds and Spurs once again lock horns in an attempt to sign a player.
