Liverpool are keeping tabs on Athletic Bilbao forward Inaki Williams, according to Ed Aarons of the Guardian.
The Spaniard – who recorded the fastest sprint speed in La Liga after being clocked at 22.2 miles per hour during a game against Deportivo last season – reportedly has a release clause of €20m.
Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid are interested as well, but their impending transfer bans mean that they need to act quickly if either of them are to sign him.

The Guardian report that Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have also sent scouts to watch the 21-year-old who has 10 goals to his name for Bilbao this season.
The Basque club want the Spain Under-21 striker to sign a new deal, and the Mail claim that they would like to implement a £76.3m buyout clause.
Liverpool currently have an abundance of injuries in attacking areas, and could do with an extra player with goalscoring prowess to help with their bid for a spot in the top four.
