A staggering number of players have played for both Liverpool and Southampton throughout history – and no, they weren’t all signed by Brendan Rodgers!
So, hypothetically speaking, if we made an all-star XI from these players, which of them would make the cut and who would be left out?
Now, let me be perfectly honest, a few of the players who’ve played for both sides were around in the early 1900’s, so let’s not include those.
The rest, I’ve either seen in person or heard about how good they are and watched old clips etc. of them, and I fancy that I know enough about them.
